Programs That Meet People Where They Are

CWI develops accessible, community-centered programs designed to reduce barriers to wellness, build practical knowledge, and create opportunities for healthier lives.

Our programming is guided by the GYMS of Life framework—an approach that translates important areas of health and wellness into practical education, resources, and experiences that people can use in everyday life.

Originally developed around movement, nutrition, and financial wellness, the GYMS of Life continues to grow alongside the needs of the communities we serve. Today, CWI programming also addresses areas such as sleep, chronic disease, pain management, and other community-identified health priorities through partnerships with trusted health, academic, and community organizations.
